Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Requests submitted through contact forms constitute an offer to begin scoping; a binding engagement starts only when both parties confirm a written quote.

Services description

Automate Online provides professional analysis, workshops, and written findings. Pricing pages are informational. We do not process consumer payments for goods through this website, and we do not operate a software subscription product via this site.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and templates remain Automate Online property. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal use as stated in the quote. You may not republish our briefs as your own public methodology without written permission.

Client materials

You grant us a limited license to access staging environments, session exports, and documents you provide solely to perform the engagement. You represent that you have authority to grant that access.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Automate Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from business decisions you make after receiving findings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Warranties

Analysis reflects observed conditions during the engagement window. We do not warrant specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction in Gyeonggi-do shall have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
