About

A practice built around the purchase path

Automate Online helps commerce teams see where buyers leave the path—and which repairs deserve the next sprint—through conversion funnel analysis for commerce applications.

Origin

The practice began after repeated freelance reviews for Korean and regional retailers whose reports looked healthy until the final payment screen. Rather than selling a monitoring product, we stayed with human-led path observation, written briefs, and decision calls.

Where we work from

Our base is in Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. Most engagements are remote across Korea and nearby markets. When a storefront team wants in-person walkthroughs, we travel into the Seoul capital region by arrangement.

Working approach

We borrow vocabulary from retail operations and payment operations as much as from product analytics. A finding must name a step, a buyer state, and a repair shape—never a vague call to “improve conversion.”

Values

  • Evidence before opinion—live purchases and comparable sessions first.
  • Plain language briefs that engineers and merchandisers can both use.
  • Respect for release calendars; we do not invent urgency.
  • Clear boundaries: we analyze and advise; we do not take over your backlog.
