Refunds and cancellations

These policies apply to paid Automate Online engagements: commerce conversion funnel reviews, checkout diagnostics, funnel mapping workshops, and post-release conversion checks. They do not cover physical product sales—this site does not sell products for delivery.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how much observation and writing work has started, and whether a workshop date has passed.

Timeframe to request

Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@automate-online.digital within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, a missed start date caused by us).

Full refund

If we cancel an engagement before any observation begins, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement, including the deposit.

Partial refund

If you cancel after intake has begun but before the readout, we may refund the unused portion after deducting documented hours already worked and non-recoverable preparation. Typical deduction is at least the deposit once path observation has started.

Non-refundable items

• Completed workshop sessions
• Delivered written briefs
• Pre-booked travel costs you approved in writing for on-site work

Deposits

The 40% deposit holds your start week. It becomes non-refundable once observation begins. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the start week and no work has begun, the deposit is refundable minus a ₩100,000 scheduling fee.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule a workshop once with at least five business days’ notice at no charge. Later changes or no-shows forfeit the workshop fee. Funnel review start weeks may be moved once if staging access was delayed for reasons outside your control.

Work already started

Hours spent on guided purchases, session review, and drafting are billable. We provide a short account of those hours when calculating any partial refund.

Process and timing

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method (typically bank transfer) within 14 business days after approval. You will receive written confirmation of the amount.
