Commerce conversion funnel review
A full-path audit of browse-to-paid conversion inside your commerce application, with a prioritized findings brief.
Who it is for
Teams running a commerce application—marketplace, brand storefront, or B2B reorder portal—who see healthy traffic but uneven paid-order completion. Stakeholders usually include a product owner, a growth or CRM lead, and someone who can grant staging access.
Result you receive
A written funnel findings brief that maps each major step of the purchase path, names measurable friction, and ranks repairs by expected lift versus engineering effort. You also get a live readout call to walk decisions with your team.
Scope included
- Intake workshop covering business goals, payment partners, and known drop-off guesses
- Guided purchase sessions on mobile and desktop builds you designate
- Event and session review for listing → cart → checkout → confirmation
- Written brief with path diagrams, evidence notes, and a ranked repair backlog
- One readout call (up to 90 minutes) and five business days of clarifying email
Scope excluded
- Implementation of UI or payment-provider changes
- Ongoing A/B test operation or media buying
- Legal advice on payment or consumer regulation
- Access to or operation of paid analytics vendors beyond read-only review of exports you provide
Provider and delivery
Conducted by Automate Online analysts based in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do. Delivery is remote with optional on-site observation in the Seoul capital region by arrangement. Working language for briefs is English; Korean-language stakeholder calls can be arranged when needed.
Process and timeline
- Access & goals (days 1–2): credentials, sample SKUs, success metrics.
- Path observation (days 3–8): live purchases, session review, edge cases (guest vs account, coupons, multi-shipment).
- Synthesis (days 9–12): findings brief drafted and internally checked.
- Readout (days 13–15): decision call and backlog handoff.
Exact duration depends on environment readiness and how many locales or storefront variants you include.
Preparation
Provide staging (preferred) or production accounts, a short list of representative SKUs, current conversion definitions, and any prior research. Pause major checkout releases during the observation window when possible.
Pricing basis
Quoted per engagement from ₩2,800,000, adjusted for number of storefront variants, locales, and payment rails. A deposit secures the start date; see the Fees and Refunds pages.
